Terms & Conditions – End Game Giveaway
Entry into the End Game Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are ineligible to enter.
The giveaway will result in one (1) winner only. The winner may attend the experience and bring one (1) additional person from within their business, subject to availability and suitability as determined by the promoter. The additional attendee must also meet the age eligibility requirements.
To enter, participants must complete the official entry method as outlined via the QR code or associated promotional material. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The draw will take place at a time and location determined by the promoter, and the winner will be notified using the contact details provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize within a reasonable timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.
The prize consists of an in-air strategy experience hosted by The End Game. The prize flight will be operated within South East Queensland (SEQ). Travel to and from the departure location, accommodation, and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other services.
Participation in the experience is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, operational requirements, and any safety or regulatory obligations. The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the experience if required for safety, compliance, or unforeseen circumstances.
By entering, participants consent to the promoter using their name and business name for reasonable promotional purposes related to the giveaway, unless otherwise advised. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy.
